Unbreakable Vassals

- UPDATED FOR NORSCA -

The mod allows you and your vassals to safely refuse requests to join wars without worrying about breaking the vassalage. The mod simply removes the ability to break off the vassalage when declining to join wars.

Nothing else was touched regarding vassals. Intentionally cancelling the vassalage or having worsening relations and such can still break it as usual.

For example:

• Norscan vassals will NOT break off their vassalage even if they refuse to join your wars
  if you're playing as Chaos

SFO compatible and should work with most mods unless they edit the same variables.

As well as save game compatible.
