Couronne Tournament Grounds

King Leon spared no effort to build the biggest tournament grounds the old world has ever seen, right in the city of Couronne.
Peasants and nobles alike gather to witness horse-races, sword fights and jousts. The "lesser nobles" can even try themselves in archery contests. All under the watchfull eye of King and Lady. Whoever steps into this arena, will never doubt the might and chivalry of Bretonnia.

Can you proof yourself in chivalrous combat? Nowhere to run, nowhere to hide, and certanly no such foul tactics as vanguard deployment!

Due to popular demand I opened up every player slot. Please keep in mind however, this map was designed as a 1v1 arena. The map might very well be to small for bigger battles.



- Origins of this map -

Our fair Lady of Britain (goes by the name CA) challenged us, to channel all of our chivalry and bring the most knightly map we could think of to life. So, which place could possibly scream chivalry in your face like no other? What came to my mind is the one place, where the glorious shining knights of Bretonnia bring the chivalry to the common folk themselves: on the tournament ground.
This map made it to the top 3 entries, but failed to overcome its competitors in the following community vote.
