Description
Adds contrast and color to areas inside the "fog of war", to more easily distinguish them from undiscovered areas.

Hi mironos, could you help me and the civ community? a lot of mac users are having a graphic glitch with the fog of the war and I believe a modder could solve the problem with a mod, we believe we just need a mod that disables the outline effect of non visible tiles: https://www.reddit.com/r/civ/comments/grvy01/graphical_glitch_on_fog_of_war/

This mod isn't working for me.
Some weird map get's activated when I turn this mod on.
Furthermore some weird yellow/black field appearing on the top/bottom of the screen.

Update??

Fairly simple.. for anyone willing to do an extremely easy edit in the authentic source file from "Base\Artdefs" !
This change would only take effects in a new game though.
File == FOW.artdef
Line == <m_fValue>0.100000</m_fValue>

PS; Default was 0.700000 but the entire set of other instructions/calls also has various tricky inserts. The newest system (R&F) uses .. instead of :: for the Element_Class(es) defines and merged some referencing lines too.

Sooooo -- OR ... just unzip the already corrected file (( https://www.dropbox.com/s/3u9qq1kavk9y8k1/FIX--885563867.zip?dl=0 )) i'm linking you to & dump it into the Mod folder to replace the old one.

Correction: Placing districts and wonders is not affected. That is for another mod that I'm testing.
