Spartan Kings Guard Rebalanced

This mod is an attempt to balance Kings Guard by simply reducing their insanely big moral from 150 to 100, their bonus dmg from 20 to 10 and increase their recruitment cost to 4000 (500upkeep) from 2300 (350).
Kings Guard Spearmen and swordsmen stays the same, since they were fairly balanced already.
