This is a functional Star Trek Dry Dock similar to one seen in Utopia Planetia scenes (Mars outpost) that you can use for shipbuilding or other.

This Dry Dock was made to fit the Large Enterprise D Project I am currently working on, still in development.
That is the prototype of it inside of the Dry Dock in the main screenshot.
