Its Carmelita from "Sly Cooper and the Thievius Raccoonus",
but her face is frozen.

BTW its not a playermodel

Major Problem

Lack of face flexes (would need to remake from scratch)

Lack of ik rig (Don't know how that even works)

Lack of playermodel (as an SFM user, I don't see it as a major problem, but I know everyone else does)

I don't have the time or experience to work on these problem.
If you got the know-how, Let me know and I'll do what I can to help you.

@SpongicX Whoa there old boy! I never said/acted like the whole world hated Thieves in Time,
It was just my personal thoughts on the game and its "desgin"

I don't know what you mean, I personally thought Thieves in Time had the best portrayal of the character, in both voice and desgin. If you don't like it, fine, but don't go around acting like everyone hates it.
