Not enough minerals?

Then you need A STAR FORGE!

Like it's twin the Dyson Sphere the Star Forge absorbs the power of the sun to magically create minerals out of nothing! (Note: Even though it looks a lot like one it DOES NOT replace the Dyson Sphere. It is it's own entity.)

But then again Stellaris races travel by FTL drives so physics clearly got left behind.

Also a bonus is your pesky neighbours won't care about you building one of these cause I havent modded in the events. (yet).

NOT ACHIEVEMENT COMPATIBLE (duh).

Can be used on current saves. 1.5.1 Compatible.

Stats:
First stage has 5 energy maintenance!
Takes half the time to build as a dyson sphere.
Tops off at 500 minerals which requires 20000 energy to build or 15000 if you have the perk.

y'know, there is actually a theoretical megastructure that does this that vaguely obeys the laws of physics. It's called a star lifter.

why not make a mod that makes this star forge look like the one from KOTOR
