Half maintenance | planetary buildings

Description
This mod is no longer supported.

This mod changes the monthly cost for:

* Research labs
* Mining facilities
* Agricultural buildings

The maintenance for said buildings is half of the normal amount.

(This mod overrides the 00_buildings.txt, that means that any other mod that changes this file will start a conflict)

For 2.0.*

(Feel free to use it and comment if you find anything missing or not working. I know there are mods that already make similar changes but I didn't feel like waiting for updates. ^^)

jenifer at the start i hated how they have changed the game too but it is better like with 1.9 you only needed minerals to make ships but now we need alloy etc its not so boring you need more stuff to make ships

Well I don't wanna play 1.9 so why should I? It would also not be much of an update if I made it for a previous version of the game, right? If you don't wanna play the fucking 2.0 that's fine by me but you won't be using my mods doing it. :ratcoon:
