Proper Combat - 120 degree Fire Arc

Description
This mod simply changes Proper Combat Mod - https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=691006940&searchtext=proper+combat+mod

fire arc values of all missile units, excluding some artillery, to be that of 120 degrees as opposed to vanilla arcs.
Only contains said changes and not full mod. Will not work fully if you do not subscribe to above.

Credits to author for mod - simply changed fire arc values.
