I'm not trying to be "mean" to him, but threantening a lawsuit, and subpoena and you bet your ass I'mma call him out.

I'm not trying to be mean to him, but when he released his collections on Dundjinni in all those various zips there was never a stipulation that I could see that required attribution to him. He cannot retroactively make that demand because it wasn't present as a condition of use at the time of acquisition. Anyone who acquired his work prior to any condition he adds afterward wouldn't really apply. There was a reasonable expectation when he posted those zips to the public that they would be freely circulated and used. To act flippant over people not attributing him now is just silly.

So, in short, someone could literally use all of these zips of yours I have downloaded off of Dundjinni freely which have no stipulation on licensing for commercial purposes and you couldn't really do anything about it :|.

Honestly get real dude if you threatened to hire a lawyer. You released your artwork in a manner (on Dundjinni) where it could be readily saved and disseminated throughout the internet, for free. There is no lawsuit to be had here, there are no damages, and none of the posts on Dundjinni relay any specific creative commons license. Attribution to you is nothing but courtesy at this point rather than a point of legal contest.

I've also downloaded several of the zip folders you've uploaded onto Dundjinni of which none contained any sort of terms of service or licensing information.
