"Instant" level 30 for all

Description
Features
Notice the quotes surrounding the word instant. What this mod will do is :
- grant rank 30 to all generals and heroes at the start of any of the 3 campaigns.
- grant rank 30 to all new recruited generals and heroes at the end of there faction's turn.
- grant rank 30 to all generals and heroes in any ongoing campaign at the end of there faction's turn.

Description
I had this crazy idea of removing the leveling part of the game. Where everyone will start max ranked and make uber carnage. I didn't find anyone sharing anything similar so thought maybe someone is interested to try this out.

Compatibility
- save game compatible: can be used in ongoing campaigns. can be turned on and off anytime. But the effect of the free rank 30 can't be reversed.
- this mod is a new script mod that i created, I tried making it compatible with all script mods so I only edited a file which I don't think anyone uses: wh_campaign_interventions.lua
- NOT compatible with any mod that changes rank thresholds. you won't be needing them since you'll get instant lvl 30 shortly.
- if you find a mod that is compatible tell me and I'll see if its possible to solve it.

Recommendations
below are some recommended mods that will enhance your experience if you decide to use my mod.

- 3 Skill points per level : pretty self explanatory. What's the use of instant level 30 when the ai will use his points in the campaign tree. I also recommend using the non-dump skill points version. The AI usually wastes his points in the dump version.
There is a work around to remove the annoying skill point message.
- activate the dump skill points version.
- dump your points
- go back to the no dump version and continue playing.
- that way only you will use the dump skill point

- Disable Regiments of Renown : The AI will be level 30 from turn 1.. expect him to recruit all his RoR pretty fast. I myself prefer playing my game without this "cheat" units.

@bill.stevens well if you open the script I had an array called base_xp where I just put all the vanilla threshold. So you'll need to change the necessary values to match with those you have edited.
I still don't know if the script will actually work on TWW2 though, I was planning on porting it this weekend.

This was my favorite mod back in WH 1; it made battles far more intense yet still fair as both you and your opponent's characters were on equal terms with one another. That it removed the orneriness chore of grinding was just icing on the cake. In fact, I'm trying to set up a similar mod for WH 2, but for some reason my mods just aren't compatible. (I've been changing the experience threshold values in the character_experience_skill_tiers to one point above their respective levels). Do you have any suggestions?

This mod is cool. I like that it up-jumps enemies. Makes the game much more intense on all fronts!

@Bambaataa I tried checking the list but can't find anything fishy.. still its a long list and I may have missed something. Only way to really know the reason is activate each mod with mine to know which combination causes the crash.

Any idea which one of the mods in this collection interfere with your "instant" level 30 mod? I've tried disabling 1 by 1 and can't see any obvious mod in the collection that effects skill points or leveling but the game crashes when I load it alongside the collection mods. https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=690380610

Honestly its making me fall in love with the game again. It seems I spend half the campaign just tweaking and giving more and more to the AI because I cant stand playing it when I know ive already won. So this mod goes a really really long way.
