Hello,

This mod I have made changes the following:

- No march stance. You can select it but it does nothing.

- Campaign Replenishment rates lowered to around 40% over vanilla which makes it longer for armies to regain losses. (works great with mods that slow down pace of games)

- Included Better Rebels for compatibility and higher load order.
