Description
This mod adds a planet unique building that produces all three resources. It also adds 5% happiness because it is kind of a market place.

The building can be upgraded for further resource production and its last version also adds a moddifier towards the materialistic ethics.

I felt that, since the game had a private colony ship, it should also allows private enterprises to have biuldings. It makes sense!

update 1.8
This is all old work that was already done (the plan was to releasse another mod, but I gave up on that). I have some more ideas to work on and also minor adjustments to the present content, but I think it is alright and you should have fun with it!

- 2 new techs
- 1 new building
- 2 new military units
- 1 new army atchment
- 1 new ruler trait
- 1 new agenda (authoritarian gov)

update 1.9

- 1 new empire edict

update 2.0

- everything removed except for the private building (energy cost rebalanced)

this mod still works in 2.0? it should be all compatible except for the army part i guess.

it should be working for all 1.9.x and this mod does not change any vanilla files, so any incompability issue it is not likely that it is coming from it!

@skankurron hey bro! thanks for supporting the mod! i think it is all good now and i plan to keep it working... especially because i like it a lot as well! :)
