OUTDATED MOD.

Adds barriers, asphalt and street lights so you can rebuild the highway you've always wanted...since vanilla ones are a tad underwhelming

For anyone who'd like to know:
I just noticed that Owlchemist's update of Highway Restoration (link below) was broken as it was taken down or made private. But, then I found out that there exists an updated version for RimWorld 1.0 through 1.5:

Actually, @bearhiderug, changing the header isn't enough. I've just updated it, and took a bit more than just a header change. I had to change a couple of XML files because the tags are now case sensitive, and I had to fix some formatting issues. But I've updated it now, it doesn't matter.
