Installation folder depends on the operating system windows ten is in the My Documents/ my games folder for me at least.

C:\Users\Hakurei Reimu\Documents\My Games\KillingFloor2\KFGame\Cache\WeaponsNumber\0\Published\BrewedPC\Packages\Weapons\RPG7
To here:
C:\Users\Hakurei Reimu\Documents\My Games\KillingFloor2\KFGame\Published\BrewedPC\Packages\Weapons\RPG7
If the published folder is non existent then you must create it. I don't know the exact weapon number for the RPG but you can find it there.

But I will remove the tutorial entirely because it mostly confuse people, if anybody wants to know how to install it then he can ask and I will gladly reply.
Thanks for telling me about this, I didn't knew some people must put it in the game folder...

All the skins I install I put in the C:\Users\YourName\Documents\My Games\KillingFloor2\KFGame\Published\Weapon number\Packages\Weapons\RPG7, It might differ from a person to another?
