Sigmar seems to have abandonned this once thriving city, as the dead slowly become more numerous then the living
many homes fall in ruin and only the strigany still venture in these places, people whispering of their ties to the midnight aristocracy and the ghoul kings...

It is a pretty defensible settlement with a bunch of towers, good possibility for the defender to hold points and for the attacker to attack on multiple fronts. It's more of a siege map so I would advise to give the defender a heavy funds disadventage, but that's on you. Enjoy.
