Honestly? I don't know... I don't even remember how any of this works. Sorry.
It might also just be something silly, like putting things in the same "number" in the list, or something... I'm not sure how to explain that part, but all of your changes have to given a numbered space to occupy in your mod, and if two mods use the same number in the same list, then one gets deleted.
In any case, if you want to change something and upload your own version, feel free; it wouldn't bother me at all. It's a very simple mod, and the modding tutorial is still online, I believe (although it may have been moved to Paradox's website, since Triumph was acquired).
I encourage you to look at the modding tutorial on triumphs website, though. It is very easy to learn, and if you want to make your own version of this, that you like better, I would not be offended.
