Active Camouflage Fix

Description
After getting a little fed up with some of the issues present with the Active Camouflage. I decided to give it a fix.

Note: This is not primarily my code. All the Credit goes to Piqey, The one who made the Active Camouflage mod.

This is the final version

This is error in console,i dont can use this addon in my server,it is very spam console

It is unfortunate to say that I am no longer able to further develop this mod fix due to some personal events which have occured. I am truly sorry that I am unable to continue developing this.

I can't say for sure, but the next update will be the final update. (only thing I will add will be bug fixes if I can)
