Lastation Ability: Land of Black Regality

Trade route with your city gain 2 Production, All districts build in half time and gain +1 Era when complete these district, allow to build a Unique Industrial Zone that not require a research.

Lastation Unique Unit: XMB Artillery

Lastation unique Modern Era siege unit that have same defense strength as bombard strength and have +1 range long than Artillery.

Lastation Unique District: Avenir

Lastation unique Industrial Zone district as it don't need to research.

Noire (Hyper)

Noire Ability: Black Heart's Beauty

15% Production when build a Wonder, gain 1 Science if you have Declare Friend and friend gain 1 production.

Noire Agenda: Paper Hard Work

Likes Advanced Civilization with high production. Dislikes Backward Civilization with low production.

Uni

Uni Ability: Black Sister's Boldness

All Siege and Ranged Unit gain +10 Strength and +1 range attack.

Uni Agenda: XMB Lock On

Want to strong up with ranged and siege unit and not like Civilization that stronger in these unit or Noires players. Likes Civilization that lack one of these.

Noire (Ultra)

Noire (Ultra) Ability: Black Heart's Beauty

15% toward builder and trader, gain 1 Amenity if you have Declare Friend and friend gain 1 science.

Noire (Ultra) Agenda: Lonely Heart

Always tries to make Declaring Friendship, Alliance and Defensive Pacts with friends. Likes Civilization who have high amenity and wonder or not make her to complain. Dislikes Civilization who make her to complain such as Declare War against her or Denounce her.
