@leveldowner. I will update the Neptunia civ mod later since I have too many Afterlife Expanding mod project in the work.

Also, this mod only work with GS because Avenir district won't work with base game without modified the building district artdef that came from that DLC.

However I wondered weather I could translate your mod into chinese,because when I want to recommend this mod to my friends,they can't understand english words very well(we are chinese).I will just make my language text XML file and send it to you(maybe by some netdisk such as Pcloud).And may I gain your agreement to share your mod to some bbs(It need to be discussed later).

This mod is amazing, but i have found some bugs. I could't locked people in the District Avenir, even I had build the Workshop,Factory,or Power Plant...did you have some time to fix it ?there will be much thx!

Has anyone found a fix to the issue with the inablity to build the workshops etc? I can only sometimes built the special unit, seems like every other turn I lose the ability to actually make the unit so unless I complete it in a turn it just doesn't happen.

Strangely enough, this mod makes it impossible to build a workshop, factory, ect. in the German Hansa. No other mods involved. Only when either Noire or Uni is in the game.
