Description

This mod will perform a clean-up of any grid that falls beneath the planet surface.


Clean-up Specifications

- If a grid is past 1/3 of the distance from the surface to the planet center, it will be removed.

Yes, things still fall through planets and can spend an eternity down there affected by gravity orbiting the void center of the planet, maybe even colliding with other things down there and using up plenty of processor.

Maybe / Sometimes? If you find yourself with that particular pile of nails at some point, at least you know where to find the suitable hammer :P

yea i dunno, collision detection must be affected by something in my server setup, because i constantly have ships falling through the world. I still need to use this.

I've managed to shove grids through the planet while using speed mods, so I imagine this has still got it's uses.

I just trying to lighten my huge load of mods for my Extreme survival. I hadnt either but wanted to be sure with MES

@RogueCmdr - Every time I raise that question, a few folks pop out of the woodwork to claim it's still relevant. Personally, I haven't see grids fall under the planet surface in a long time. If it's a problem for you, then this might be useful!
