Description
The mod aim to bring T1 to T3 units on par with T4 units through leveling.
Unlike in vanilla, all tier units gain the same number of health each level, so essentialy the difference in tier units will be in their starting caracteristics.

This mod change 2 files : the TITLE.RPK and the HEROGLOBALSETTINGS.RPK

List of changes :

Heroes : now gain 7 skill points/level

all units :
iron : +2 Hp
bronze : +1 defense, +4 Hp
silver : +1 resistance, +6 Hp
gold : +1 defense & resistance, +8 Hp
gold+ : +1 defense & resistance, +10 Hp

XP change :
T1 units : 10 XP for iron, 20 for bronze, 35 for silver, 55 for gold and more
T2 units : 20 XP for iron, 40 for bronze, 70 for silver, 110 for gold and more
T3 units : 30 XP for iron, 60 for bronze, 105 for silver, 165 for gold and more
T4 units : 40 XP for iron, 80 for bronze, 140 for silver, 220 for gold and more

Dear mod developer.
Can you make it so that in your mod units that transformed received an additional property "Evolved" which would give a buff equal to the gold medal (+1 defence & resistance, +8 Hp). In this case, if the unit is developed 2 times on the branch of pumping, he gets 2 such buffs ("Evolved I" and "Evolved II").
But this property is not given to those who can transform, but only to those who have already transformed.
This would make the development of such units more fair and encourage players to evolve their evolved units, which in no way contradicts the main purpose of your mod.

Wait, so I haven't done any math on this or anything, but it seems that in some cases this will result in units evolving and getting weaker. Or do evolving units somehow auto-adjust?

IIRC it is the title.rpk file for change to the units and the heroglobalsettings.rpk for change to the hero. It has been a while since i did this (about a year) but i think it is it.

By the way, i know i said i will change it to have the change to the heroes separated but i finally won't do it for several reasons (time, mood, etc.)

You need the change to keep balance but there are other mods making change in heroes skill points/level. Since my mods change that too, both mod are incompatible.
One of the mod in the workshop change the SP/Lvl from 5 to 10. 10 is too overpowered for this mod and I don't recommend it, that is why I included a change with 7 SP/Lvl instead in this mod.
