Dear mod developer.
Can you make it so that in your mod units that transformed received an additional property "Evolved" which would give a buff equal to the gold medal (+1 defence & resistance, +8 Hp). In this case, if the unit is developed 2 times on the branch of pumping, he gets 2 such buffs ("Evolved I" and "Evolved II").
But this property is not given to those who can transform, but only to those who have already transformed.
This would make the development of such units more fair and encourage players to evolve their evolved units, which in no way contradicts the main purpose of your mod.

By the way, i know i said i will change it to have the change to the heroes separated but i finally won't do it for several reasons (time, mood, etc.)
One of the mod in the workshop change the SP/Lvl from 5 to 10. 10 is too overpowered for this mod and I don't recommend it, that is why I included a change with 7 SP/Lvl instead in this mod.
Between a gold medal T1 unit and a gold medal T3 unit, T3 will still be stronger, so the upkeep won't change.
Can you increase maintenance/upkeep cost? If you don´t increase upkeep cost, it might be way too unbalanced. A T4 unit cost 8 times more upkeep than a T1. Granted, is harder to level up T1 units, but is also way easy to produce leveled units thanks to racial building, class skills and specialized buildings like shooting grounds.
Just think a Theocrat with Divine Justiciars or Warlod recuiting T1 on par with T4 for cheap. Also, some classes have a far easier time recruiting (producing) leveled units like the Necromancer and Theocrat.
Overall great idea, to treat each units as a mini hero and tell their tale within the larger story (map)
