Description
Moon Slime's self tweak patch for vanilla heroes

Reasons I did this: I generally play with 40-60 total heroes on a given playthrough. So 22-42 modded heroes. These changes are to generally up the least played parts of a vanilla hero as well as to bring them up to generally a modded hero's build diversity. A lot more heroes can play as off-healers, as this mod basically increases the support abilities of a lot of vanilla heroes.

Abomination
*The goal with the abomination is to make changing forms more rewarding and to stop stun stalling. So rake and rage have been improved
- Manacles now counts as a stalling move
- Blight now has the riposte from butcher's circus ported over
- Rake from -50% damage mod to -25% damage mod
- Rage no longer has .5% crit mods, and uses just whole numbers rounded up
- Slame is now usable from rank 4 to move up

Antiquarian
*The goal with the Antiquarian is to.... I had no goal I just like consistancy so... yeah.
- All vapour moves target the whole group
- Festering vapors now has a -100% damage mod
- Flash powder renamed to Crackling vapours, and is now an AoE move

Arbalest
*The goal with the Arbalest is to improve support Arbalest and give her slightly more damage
- The on-crit effect for the Arbalest is now +20% damage rather than +33% damage vs marked
- Bola now has bonuses vs marked
- battlefield bandage changed from 2-3/3-3/3-4/4-4/4-5 to 2-4/3-5/4-6/5-7/6-8 health recovered

Bounty Hunter
*I like the current state of the Bounty Hunter, however just some small tweaks to up his synergy.
- The on-crit effect for the Bounty Hunter is now +20% damage rather than +33% damage vs marked
- Uppercut now grants +2 speed, to help combo into finish them

Crusader
*The goal with the Crusader is to improve support Sader and fix some weird scaling
- Battle heal changed from 2-3/3-3/3-4/4-5/5-6 to 2-3/3-4/4-5/5-6/6-7
- Inspiring Cry healing changed from 1-1/1-1/1-2/2-2/2-3 to 1-1/1-2/2-2/2-3/3-3

Grave Robber
*The general census is the grave robber is weak. I didn't want to just give her more damage as that just makes lunge more dumb. So the goal is to change is to make her into the crit hero. Want crits? run grave robber.
- Base Crit changed from 6/7/8/9/10 to 10/11/12/13/14
- Pick to the face changed from -15% damage mod to 0% damage mod
- Lunge Lost 4% crit from it's crit mod. This is a neutral change as the base crit went up by 4
- Flashing Daggers changed from -5/-4/-3/-2/-1 crit mod to 1/2/3/4/5 crit mod
- Throw Dagger no longer has .5% crit mods, and uses just whole numbers rounded up
- Shadow Fade now has a Stealth icon LIKE IT SHOULD

Hellion
*The hellion is pretty much the S tier hero of the base game. As such She actually saw a max damage nerf of 1 in my private patch. That said all other changes can be seen as buffs.
- The on-crit effect for the Hellion is now +20% damage rather than +33% damage vs Bleeding
- Barbaric Yawp lowered from 95%/100%/105%/110%/115% to 85%/90%/95%/100%/105% ACC (all of Hellion's skills now are the same ACC)
- Barbaric Yawp uses per battle changed from 3 to 1
- Barbaric Yawp no longer causes Hellion Exhaustion (no longer debuffs the hellion, so it isn't all nerfs)
- Breal through damage mod changed from -50% to -25%
- Break through now ignores enemy protection
- Break through now breaks enemy guards

Highwayman
*The highwayman changes is to just revert a CoM change, which I feel made tracking shot more useless. Grapeshot is kind of really useless with it's low ACC, so I took a page from DD2 and made it usable from all ranks.
- Tracking shot now has 3 uses per battle
- Grapeshot Blast is now usable from all ranks

Leper
*Leper is good, just buffing withstand a tiny bit to provide non-boss uses
- Withstand now has the leper guard the whole party for 2 rounds

Musketeer
*I use a musketeer patch to change the musketeer into her own hero. I personally like O'nightmares

Occultist
*Not really many changes, just removing some negatives. Oh and STYGIAN EMBRACE WHOOO
- Number of cards in the deck lowered from 8 to 6 due to other vanilla heroes having increased healing skills, making getting an Occultist or Vestal 'healer' less important
- Weakening Curse removed
- Stygian Embrace is now implace of Weakening curse
-- Stygian Embrace heals 1-1/1-2/2-2/2-3/3-3
-- Stygian Embrace is usable twice per battle
-- Stygian Embrace Stealths the target it is used on, and buffs their damage while stealthed
- Wyrd Reconstruction 0 memes removed. It now heals a minimum of 1

Plague Doctor
*The goal with the plague doctor is to make her a healer, similar to how we improved the Arbalest's healing. While still not the best healer, she can still support a team with her stuns and her heal.
- Battlefield medician changged from 1-1/1-2/2-2/2-3/3-3 to 1-3/2-4/3-5/4-6/5-7
- Battlefield medician no longer cures self due to it healing more

Shieldbreaker
*The shieldbreaker is also generally viewed as the S tier hero, but is locked behind a paywall. Just some small changes really, and made her trinkets like ♥♥♥♥
- Pierce no longer reaches rank 4
- Dodge and Speed made standard with heroes who she resembles closely
- Shimmering Scale changed from +10% prot / +5% stress to +30% prot / - 2 speed. So it is more equal to other uncommons that give prot
- Fanged Spear Tip is actually a decent trinket if you captivate spam in mark comps. Still, Penilty changed to -8 dodge like other damage increasing conditional rares
- Cuirboilli changed from +33% Max HP / -2 speed to +33% Max HP / +30% protection / - 3 speed. This change effectively gives Champion SB 61 HP from 36, making her a lot less squishy if that is your playstyle
- Obsidian Dagger's stats changed from +40% debuff skill chance / +40% blight skill chance to 40% blight skill chance / + 8 dodge. SB only has one skill that debuffs the enemy. Dodge is more useful and plays into her lore of being a dancer
- Severed Hand's stats changed from +50% blight resist / -10% stress to +50% blight resist / -20% stress


Vestal
*With vestal, I added the Conviction system similar to DD2. Use some skills to gain conviction. Use other skills to spend conviction. Conviction in this version however is called Faith.
- Judgement is now more powerful with more Faith you have
- Mace Bash is now more powerful with more Faith you have
- Hand of Light has been removed
- Illumination damage buffed, and is now unholy killer in replacement for hand of light
- Sanctuary from DD2 is now inplace of Hand of Light
-- Guard an ally and gain block while doing some stress relief
- Divine Grace is now more powerful the more Faith you have

I don't want drastic changes, just some tweaks to have my originals keep up with some of the modded heroes and the difficulty a lot of enemy mods/boss reworks bring

this wouldn't work with pitch black dungeon. Pitch black dungeon changes tons of base effects and stuff and would cause wacky stuff.

I'm tested this mod with Maestro' Silvio Pitch Black Dungeon. Worked, but with bugs.

loading trinket plus above this will correct the shieldbreaker trinkets to trinket plus version

this version works with the fire attack version.

hero reworks above this will load those reworks instead

A couple questions.

Aside from the already mentoned Shieldbreaker, do these tweaks affect any of the trinkets each hero has? If so, I'd want to load Trinkets+ above this to keep those trinkets in effect, correct?

Second question, how does this Vestal interact with the Fire Attacks Vestal? I assume the two can be used together safely since Fire is an override, yeah?

And lastly, say I use a Hero Rework already, would loading those above this mod overwrite the ones in this mod or would there be some conflict? Just want to know if I have to remove the tweaks from the mod myself and use a private edit.
