C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\447820\965477796
and copy the file "animated_main_menu_sicily.vpk" to:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\dayofinfamy\doi\custom
(Create a folder called "custom" if it isn't there already)

This is awesome to see. Using a smoke effect for the background is very effective I wish I had thought of that.
