Go to:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\447820\970760806
and copy the file "old_film_animated_main_menu.vpk" to:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\dayofinfamy\doi\custom
(Create a folder called "custom" if it isn't there already)

Animated background for the main menu, which makes it resemble an old film reel.
Also, a sound effect of an old film projector has been added at the start of all main menu songs.
