Version 1.0 Hotfix

-Fixed a bug that prevented India's Stepwell from improving its farm adjacency bonus at Sanitation.

-all legacy bonuses multiplied by 3
-Fresh water is worth an additional +1 (so +4 total)
-Coast settling provides +1 housing (this part stacks with fresh water, so coastal rivers are +5)
-added +2 great person points per specialist
-Many tooltip fixes and converted Ziggurat and Lumber Mill river adjacencies to actual adjacencies so UI will show them

-Factory (and Electronics Factory) +1 gold to all mines and quarries in the city

-Aqueducts provide +3 housing if fresh, +4 if salt, +5 if none
- +10% growth from Aqueduct and Bath
-added +2 production to Encampment per adjacent Harbor
