Fixed a few bad tags that caused .dds errors with the Covenant's Alpha Atlas, a task that was long overdue.

Renamed the file for the loading screen to CovenantLoadingScreen.dds - which is much simpler and easier to recognize than the name it held in previous versions.

The Dawn of Man text - the introductory text seen in the loading screen for the Covenant - has been revised and edited in order to improve its quality.

Read over the Covenant diplomatic responses in their entirety and edited them, revised them, and even added a couple of new lines of dialogue here and there. That should all be massively improved now.

Completely rebuilt the Civilization's Icon Atlas sheets from scratch, in order to improve their overall quality, bring them up to a more modern standard, and merge them all into one single sheet.

Fixed a minor issue that caused the soundtrack to not work on occasion. It should be much more reliable now.

Fixed a diplomatic response issue that caused the Covenant to say things like "Thank you." when asking for a Declaration of Friendship.

Added Alpha Icon Atlases. (For those that don't know, those are the little Civ icons that appear on the right side of an AI-controlled Covenant's city banner.)

Added a war theme, peace theme, and a Dawn of Man intro theme.

Fixed the selection sounds for the Elite Honor Guard and Scarab.

Fixed a textual error regarding a diplomatic response.

Fixed a typo within the Civilopedia entries.

Fixed the icon glitch in the city production menu. All icons work fine.
