Scaled creatures down a bit, 2.0x -> 1.4x of normal size

Fixed tamable dinos. (No longer tamable)
Adjusted Element drop rates, and added variable ammounts listed below:
Leed 15-30
Raptor 25-50
Carno 30-60
Megalodon 30-60
Tuso 50-75
Rex 75-100
Deathworm 75-100
Wyvern 100-125
Mosa 125-150

Stats adjusted, vastly improving health, and damage for more of a challange, will do further tweaks as needed.
