[WotC] Richards Classes (2 Perks per level) [Old, Unsupported]

Changes to this pack are based on changes made to the 3 perk plus LW Weapons Version;
-General-
Clutch Shot default aim bonus increased from 100 to 200 so it should never miss
Removed Ever Vigilant as an AWC Perk for all classes as it doesnt proc when needed
Better Perk Descriptions which are more streamlined. I've made use of the "?" button to display extra info and put less text on the short description.
-Medic-
If you have the LW SMG mod installed for WotC Medics will equip this as their primary weapon. They can still equip assault rifles regardless of the mod installed or not.
Extra Supplies perk now REQUIRES Medical Darts perk.
Medic looses SharpshooterAim for Shadowstep
Medic looses Deep Cover for Ever Vigilant
-Mage-
Mage now starts with a random psi offesne rating between 40 and 60
Mage now gains 1 to 10 psi offense per level and the 100 cap has been removed

Medic Update:
-Heal now has unlimted uses but cannot be used by the medic on themselves, this is to prevent semi-immortality.
-Stabilize now has unlimited uses.
-Revive now has unlimited uses but cannot be used by the medic on themselves, in addition it has a 2 turn cooldown.
-Life Saver now has unlimited uses but cannot be used by the medic on themselves, in addition it has a 2 turn cooldown.
-Tend Wounded has unlimited uses, can be used on the medic and everyone around them (within 2 tiles) but now has a 6 turn cooldown.
-Re-organized medic perk tree, swaped some abilites around.
-The Medic no longer has firstaider, fieldmedic or paramedic but these remain in the code should you want them still
-The medic has 2 new perks
1) Healing Darts - A ranged healing ability with 2 uses per mission (the medic cannot shoot themselves with these darts)
2) Extra supplies - provides 2 extra uses of healing darts

Changenotes:
Copied over files from the 3 tree version and changed perks around for classes (See Discussions for Perk Lists)
This includes the addition of several new perks as they are based on the layout from the 3 tree version, the removal of psi zombies (The Perk Still exists in the code if someone wants it for some reason) & a fix for Seek & Destroy (although it sometimes still hangs).

Bugfixes/Change Notes:
-Seek & Destroy SHOULD now obey concealment (I tested it and it worked)
-Seek & Destroy Chance has been set from 50% to 33%
-Seek & Destroy blocked on Raider AWC skills (to prevent double gain)
-Fortitude changed, it now provides +10 Defense
-Slash (single) renamed to Slice, also has different icon
-Burn Protocol now works correctly, it seems WotC changed how Burn Damage works (Damn Purifiers...)

-Fixed issue with Scout loadout SMG
-Flechette Rounds no longer requires a shotgun to use (for people not using a shotgun on the Demolitions)
-Made Overdrive a training centre ability (not SPARK version, my own which allows an extra aciton point every 3 turns)
-Assassin can now use Vektor Rifles (once you've met the Reapers) this does less damage than the sniper rifle but can be fired with a single action and can overwatch on movement.
-Marksman also has the option to use the Vektor Rifle which again is a power trade off against the sniper rifle but doesn't have movement penalties
-Demolitions can use the Bullpup rifle (once you've met the Skirmishers) in place of the shotgun, it has less ammo and does less damage but is a trade off for people not wanting to use shotguns for some reason. Also it looks hella cool.
-Survivalist can of course now use the Vektor Rifle and Bullpup Rifle as they can use any weapon anyway.
