Biotic regeneration fully fixed: updated to reflect WotC's changes in how Shield HP is handled.

Biotic regeneration should now fully restart after shields have been lost and regained.

Nova should now properly cost 3 shield points.

Biotics can now use shotguns instead of bullpups, as their alternative option to assault rifles.

Reworked animations to use Templar's Volt and Soul Strike animations.

Re-saved content packages, this *should* fix any issues with them.

Nova now has more biotic-looking colours.
