Fix: The Extra Mags Perk now works correctly, there was an issue with it not applying the 2 extra reloads to a solider (but still applying the 2 extra give ammo charges) this is now fixed thanks to Looplick.
Change: "Reload" ability is always displayed on HUD now so you can see how many reloads you have left.

Changes:
-Fixed enemy limited reloads, to do this I had to overwrite the base game reload function which may cause issues with other mods that do this. On the plus side all enemies (base game and modded) have limited ammo (1 reload by default).
-Strike can no longer be activated with the mouse right click (this is to prevent issues with sword users) instead it must be manually selected from the ability bar.
-Extra Magazine item added, grants +2 reload charges and stacks with the extra mags training centre perk. Note that I was unable to limit the amount of Extra Magazine items you can equip but equipping multiple ones does nothing other than waste a utility slot.

Added Support for the following weapon mods:
ADVENT Armoury - War of the Chosen - ADVENT Flamethrower (ID: 1123308019)
[WOTC] CBR Redux (ID: 1349983893)

Other Changes:
Added Limited Reload for Militia Rifle (Missed it before)
Can configure reload action cost in the ini files now so you can make reloads end turn.
The Strike ability is no longer visible if certain alternatives are available such as the Swords Slash ability.
Removed strike ability from SPARK Rifles
Added limited reload ability to enemy weapons including:
-All Base Game, DLC and Expansion weapons I could find in the games INT files
-A Better ADVENT: War of the Chosen (ID: 1126623381)

Issues:
Enemy AI don't know what to do when they run out of ammo, Advent Troopers just run around aimlessly.
Enemy AI don't recognize the new reload ability so once they run out of ammo they don't reload at all.

Added Melee Strike Attack.
Allows a melee attack with weapon stocks, deals damage based on the damage of the weapon you are using minus a value set in the ini (-2 by default for conventional, -3 magnetic, -4 plasma, -4 chosen). For weapons such as the conventional LW SMG that deal 2 - 4 damage the strike will deal 0 - 2 damage but any strike that deals a minimum of 0 damage or less will not show damage preview when being used. Can customize damage, spread, aim and crit in the ini.

Added compatibility for a weapon pack mod I am working on (unreleased).
