Adjusted damage to match FO:3's Chinese Assault Rifle (from 75 to 11)
Adjuste magazine to match FO:3's Chinese Assualt Rifle (From 30 to 24)

Changed the weapon catagory,
Adjusted v-model position,
Adjusted Firing sounds to go off every shot of the burst,
Tweaked Rate of Fire so bursts won't overlap,

3 round burst, and one rifle sets things on fire. Still has errors, but it's no longer as garbage as before.

Changed it from a unicorn gun to a battle saddle.

Changed it from a select-fire, standard bullet gun to a 3-round-burst-only gun with incendiary bullets.
