- Fixed certain archaeological sites spawning on Ice Giants and Brown Dwarfs.

Reversed the change to Hyper Relays, they now work the same as in vanilla.

- Updated to 3.4.
- Fallen Empire homeworlds now have Orbital Rings (if the player has Overlord).
- Fallen Empires with the Aquatic trait now use Ocean Worlds rather than Gaia Worlds or Ecumenopolises (except for The Preserve).
- Hyper Relays now orbit planets directly rather than being confined to the edge of the solar system.
- Various other minor improvements.
