Removed Monster Scaling. It should now be installed seperately from Ascension. This will complicate some ideas I have way down the road, but it should make this mod more accessible.

Re-balanced Geomancer numbers again slightly.

Re-balanced the AP reduction consumables.

Couple of other minor miscellaneous changes.

Fixed a number of Chill/Freeze interactions.
Scaled back Chill effects
Increased cooldown of shocking touch by 1
Fixed Exhausted
