Fixed the Mark Self duration of Shield Block, it now properly lasts for 3 turns.

COM patch

- Adjusted CRIT to be in line with the base classes
- added the CRIT speed buff of the Highwayman
- fixed the duration of all the buffs and debuffs
- Buffed the Potion skill so that it heals more.

Fixed a typo that caused song of storms to lower your ACC by 50 instead of 5.
