-adjust Panel Size, and Icon Size will be set accordingly to be contained within the Panel Y value
-Panel Terrain Y Size will also be set accordingly to Icon Size, so Icon get contained within Panel Y Size
-Panel Spacing has been set up so if the Y panel size increases, the underneath panel will spawn 5 pixels under the end of the above panel
-MCM gets localized strings now, so you can translate MCM menus and items in you game language!
-MCM Menu has been reworked
-MCM Menu gets a "Factory Defaults" button which resets vales to their defaults state
-Included Spanish Localization for ingame UI Display, thanks to Papas con mojo
