Small trinket fx fix.

Modfiles.txt updated to avoid potential issues.

- Due to the rewrite, old librarians need their skills rebought. However due to the rewrite, there should never be a skill conflict with another modded hero

- New recruit line for your first librarian.

- New equipment art

- Exp bonus rework: Skill no longer gain increase resolve exp. Instead you get a supply item to use to increase party exp by 100%. It is not removed on camping.

- Beat Back: tooltip cleaned up
- Forbidden Chant: Changed stress to per target hit, giving it more use if you wanna use her to clean up a single target
- Peace of Mind: Lower stress healed amount but now applies a stress resist along with it.
- Tonics: No change
- Improvised Tactics: Cleaned up and reworked. Once per combat you can use it to gain buffs based on current conditions of combat. keep those conditions to keep those buffs.
- Protect me!: added limit per battle to match Anti's protect me.

- Knowledge is power: Camping skill now produces an extra Supply book, allowing a person on medium mission to gain 200% exp and on long missions 300% exp.

- Trinket: Corrupting books changed to Knowledge overwhelming
- Trinket tooltips have been cleaned up to be more clear
- New Sunward isle book
- Adjustments to the Midnight Sonata trinket to make it less suck

A few more localisation corrections.

Added some missing trinket names to the Brazilian Portugese translation.

Bedtime story camping skill fix.

Today's update should include Chinese & Portugese (Brazilian Portugese) translation.

Corrected the Soothing Chatter camping skill. It now correctly grants both the Librarian and the target a stress reduction. Previously it was incorrectly applying both stress reduction effects to the target.

Added some missing trinket lines to the Russian translation.
