Quick fix for one of her book trinkets that may have been causing crashes.

-Increases Roster size by 1. She's only little so it's easy for her to squeeze in somewhere.
-Added Party name suggestions by elemental5 and the community.
-fixed a stunning relevation to actually stun at a 60% chance
-Fixed a book that bites back to actually increase damage on forbidden chant.
--The concept is that Poisonous Assertion Blights for for more but deals less damage, while the book that bites back deals more damage but bleeds for less.
-Fixed the Corrupted Books series of trinkets to be Very rare like they were meant to be and not rare. Woops.
-Nerfed Knowledge is power. Before CoM, it was fairly balanced. However CoM made Crit and Acc a lot more valuable. Lowered the Acc by 5 and increased the cost by 1.
- Soothing chatter now correctly buffs the librarian's stress resist as well as the target (the morality removal is still only on the target)

Quick fix to prevent multiple copies of her Crimson Court trinkets from spawning.

Corrected Sound effect for Clingy & Needy.

Fixed an effect that was targeting a skill insted of being always on. This should fix a string error.
Adjusted All the books.
--The books no longer have a minus effect to bleed, stun, or blight on them.
--The books are now apart of a set that will cause you to have minus bleed, blight, and stun chance if you equip them. You only get one book!
Due to having to move Poisonous Assertion to the Evil book set, added a "brave" potion to be apart of the furious facts set.
Improvised Tatics had some changes done to it to make it more attractive to use instead of just always using just her Destresser or her heal.
-- ACC Scaling changed from 5/7/9/11/13 to 9/10/11/12/13 to make it more attractive at lower levels.
-- CRIT scaling changed from 1/2/3/4/5 to 2/3/4/5/6.
Improvised tatics now correctly gives 1% exp per party member instead of 2%.
