Know Thy Enemy should no longer be capable of critting.

Duration on buffs from A Good Story changed to 4 Battles.

Minor tweaks to Forbidden Chant and Know Thy Enemy. Forbidden Chant's stress should be significantly reduced and the damage received debuff from Know Thy Enemy should now have a shorter duration to balance it out a bit.

Text should display in English for all languages (rather than blue text strings).
