Partial fix for shooting from behind friendly wood wall.
Units will shoot but their range is reduced by about 40% if they stand up close to wall.
Still working on this problem.

Formation bonus changes.
All formations have the same bonuses except the square when it is set.
The block on firing through friendlies is enough to make musket formations very different in power on frontage and flank respectively.
