Ability changes in the side of rank 6 and 7:
Lightning Hands and Combat Presence replace Manual Override and Total Combat.

The old perks just did not match the class design.

Fixed overwatch animation for "Ever Vigilante". Overwatch uses pistol in this case for any reason.
