Changed the speed of the AI cars, trucks and buses to cater for the limited visibility for drivers and truckers.

In Norway, Sweden and Denmark the policecar spawn frequency has been lowered to make it more realistic. In the same region, the frequency for spawning various AI car models has changed - also to provide a more normal image of the traffic.
