Change Log v0.1.13

-ENG (UK) now owns MAL (British Malaya) instead of the latter being an integrated puppet. This was done as these lands were both under the control of the UK more akin to Ceylon than the Dutch East Indies, and as these territories were not unified as a single administration even under British rule. Said lands were comprised of the Straits Settlements, the Federated Malay States, and the Unfederated Malay States. The Kingdom of Sarawak and North Borneo were considered to be separate from this conglomeration of states on top of that.

-Did a bunch of balance changes/tweaks to infantry AT equipment:
=AT Grenades (at_equipment_0) now have 1.5 hard attack, 1 breakthrough
=at_equipment_1 now has 7.5 piercing, 0.2 soft attack
=at_equipment_2 now has 3 breakthrough, 20 piercing, 6.5 hard attack
=at_equipment_3 now has 4 breakthrough, 30 piercing, 8.5 hard attack, costs 1.0 IC
=at_equipment_4 now has 5 breakthrough, 35 piercing, 9 hard attack, costs 1.1 IC, has 85% reliability

-Made breakthrough on all bolt actions to 3
-Decreased defense of first bolt action to 17 from 20
-Decreased breakthrough of infantry_equipment_sov_5 (SKS) to 4
-All SP art/aa has equal hardness to it's tank parent (ex. med tanks and med sp art have same hardness)
-All art units now are 2 combat width down from 3 [please give us feedback on this]

-Did slight clean up work on positions in TZR focus tree and added descriptions to several focuses and events
-Gave TZR more starting techs
-Moved TZR starting capital to Volvograd (Stalingrad) as intended
-Added extra war goals for TZR's War with China for all warlords
-Tweaked SOV Ocean Going Navy focus to also boost the 1936 CL and CA
-Tweaked AI to make it pick the correct generic political focuses in historical mode
-Increased Mean time to happen on several Monarchist events since they are firing for people when shouldn't be able to. This should at least make it a little easier to fight Monarchist drift
-Turned Nat. China (CHI) post-Japanese war focuses into events as was done in Chinese National Focus mod proper. Will do the same for certain Civil War events, eventually
-Removed additional building slots given by reducing the effects of Incompetent Industry
-US flag will now be the main large flag for fascist and communist but they will retain vanilla unit flags (at least for now)
changed localization for alternate us governments fascist is now just "United States Of America" and Communist are "United Socialist States of America"

-Fixed bug where Romania couldn't take his majestys loyal government if they where monarchist
-Fixed ITA being at war with ETH at the start of the game
-Fixed light tanks showing up in the infantry build menu
-Fixed French dissolution of Germany event. It will no longer give land to cores to Brazil and Peru and added cores to the new states
-Fixed CHI and CZE missing descriptions in the country select screen
-Fixed requirements for fascist politician for TZR
-Fixed localization on Berlin Moscow TZR event
-Fixed SOV getting the civil war if their government has changed via puppeting
-Fixed SOV not getting the civil war if they attempt to switch to democracy
-Fixed SOV civil war firing if SOV is at war; they must now be at peace for it to fire

-Removed bombing vulnerability reduction from Dispersed Industry 6-9 to fix game breaking issue where factories could become completely invulnerable to bombers (thanks GunnarVonPontius for pointing it out)
-Added an additional 5% production retention bonus to Dispersed Industry 6-9
-Getting the generic military youth focus now allows fascists to switch minimum age law to 16 even in peace time
-Did an overhaul of the political side of the generic focus tree; added a neutral monarchy focus, combined/tweaked the interventionalism focuses, added a factory build time reduction and civilian goods reduction focus for the democractic/non-aligned side, added a factory/dockyard output increase focus for the democractic/non-aligned side, and added an alternative to Liberty Ethos that boosts non-aligned popularity
-Removed ahead of time bonus from CZE artillery bonus
-Total Mobilization now requires an enemy that has over 65% of your total factories instead of 50%
-Added images to TZR ideas and decommunized some of company names
-China now starts building convoys instead of a light cruiser

-Overhauled localisation files to allow for easier translations and future updates
-Did changes to neutrality mechanics. Generic royalist focus tree now meets with the neutrality tree. Only SWI and SWE start with neutrality idea, all other countries must pick it up from their generic focus tree.
-Reduced manpower bonus from Militarism and Royal Forces generic focuses
-Made AI SWE pick war with NOR focus if it has a relatively large army
-Added idea to prevent Romania/ROM and Yugoslavia/YUG from leaving Little Entente
-Added Czech/CZE recovery from communism event. Requires 350 army XP and not being communist. Mean time to happen is 5 years
-Czech/CZE Partial Mobilization news event no longer fires when Czechs are at war
-Added some logic for NOR and SWE for the Scandinavian Intervention focus.
-Gave ENG Carrier CAS 1 as a starting tech
-TZR focus should now have allies stay in faction if they change ideologies
-Removed Tsar Tank from USSR, replaced with FT-17
-Fixed "Hold Elections" country name bug
-Fixed Sever Sino-German Ties bypass conditions
-Fixed an issue where CHI was not added to JAP faction when puppeted.

Change Log v0.1.6

-Changed MCK's Zongli Yamen focus to no longer give an extra research slot (Xuantang Restoration still gives at least 2, for reference)
-Changed Ethiopian War Logistics to Begin Second Italo-Ethiopian War and made the focus trigger the war with Ethiopia. As a result, Italy no longer starts the game at war with Ethiopia.
-Changed the SOV focus tree, removed the recruitment buff on Socialist Science focus and replaced with a research speed buff. Nerfed Progress Cult focus from 5% to 3% research speed buff.
-Changed ENG focus tree, adding world tension checks to Scandinavian and Benelux intervention focuses.
-Did a couple of tweaks to CZE ideas/events, most notably reducing all research related buffs to 2% from 5% and the minority conscription idea to 2% from 5%

-Fixed retake Constantinople and made event to change name from Istanbul to Constantinople if taken by someone who is either: outside of the Middle East or are not a number of Asian countries (i.e. Indonesia)
-Fixed Napoleon wounded event so now only France will get it
-Fixed rare issue where FRA can garuntee CZE after deciding to abandon them in the Munich Conference
