Change Log v0.1.5

-Added new AI related defines:
The first is how long they keep up a failing attack. By default attacks are kept up for 100 hours before the AI goes "maybe this is a bad idea"; it has been shortened to 24. This should help tone down the AI's suicidal behavior
The second is one related to manpower reserves, now it ensures the AI always keeps 25% of it's manpower in reserves so long as it has under 1 million manpower (previously it was 500k)

-Soviet NAP in Southern Expansion is now done via event encase a human USSR wishes to not do it. AI will always accept
-Added proper localisation to the gfxjapan events
-Removed Unyielding Spirit idea from Japanese AI
-First Electrical Engineering research is now a 1935 tech
-Fixed bug where France would continue to guarantee Czechs after abandoning them to the German advance
-Did a couple of other minor bug fixes

-Changed strategic region name "West Coast" to "Cascadia"
-Fixed AI breaking bug where AIs could research semi-auto action rifles earlier than intended
-Increased research time of last semi-auto in Soviet-style rifle tree to 1.5
-Removed air_range bonus from naval_aircraft_manufacturer and spirit_of_genghis
-Did some tweaks to when AI Germany should demand the Sudetenland; it will now ensure it has enough strength to do so compared to CZE and will wait until around mid 1938 to start the focus
-Changed requirements for SWE's Axis Leanings focus such that Germany must: exist, be fascist, be independent, and not be at war with Sweden

CZE changes:
-Removed all infantry weapon tech bonuses from CZE focus tree/events for balance purposes
-Nerfed training bonus of CZKE_mobilization_1938 to 20% down from 90%
-Nerfed Holek theorist infantry weapon research bonus to 10% down from 50%
-Nerfed zbrojovka_brno infantry weapon production bonus to 20% down from 50%
-Fixed oddity that Ringhoffer-Tatra was a naval aircraft company instead of a motorized company as described in the event that unlocks them
-Added bypass for CZE sabotage Austro-German alliance if Austria has been annexed by someone other than Germany
-Fixed a number of other CZE bugs/errors
