mod actually loads now for real this time

you might be wondering how i screwed this up twice i will tell you how
the mod had two .mod files one loading the mod and one inside like how steam does things

the problem with this is that when steam magics the .mod file to load a archive it only picks one and when it magics a .mod file out of the archive to load the mod it only picks the other one so i had a file looking for the archive inside the mod and a file looking for the folder being loaded

only i have that folder which is why when i tried to load the mod it workd for only me so i did all my testing and the problem was fixed not

mod actually loads now

standard retinues no longer disabled for cultures that have better cultural retinues because of a strange bug where some cultural retinues don't load cough frankish cough cough

now has light cavalry retinues i recommend mixing these with your Scottish super Pkemen to actually kill the enemy running away from them
