Decreased the amount of ships per sector and lowered the health of the Abies Cone Scale weapon so that it is no longer an effective armor.

Changed the lifetime of the Abies Cone Scale missile weapon so that they cannot reach across the tournament arena.

Added modular cones to the arsenal of the faction.

Edited a few things, like the laser's resource consumption.

Added three tiers of laser weaponry.
