- Updated some of the cloud textures so that they look nicer, especially on the map borders.

- Created something called "mipmaps" for the textures, which I probably should have done before but I am still learning. Maybe this will fix the black tile issue some were experiencing.
- To make sure all of the files are re-downloaded, un-subscribe, wait a minute, then resubscribe.
