Added Icarus suit animset so they use more appriopriate animations when launching.

Uses the Reaper's original pawn as a base so it should always work even if there's major overhauls again.

Adds needed animsets (so they patrol with proper animations and explode on time and what not) via code so the mod no longer needs a custom pawn.

Launch now consumes all action points. However, Elite Synthoids now launch upon being revealed.

Synthoids now use MEC lines instead of ADVENT trooper lines.
