Mod needs an update due to the required mod having been updated recently. Could be used as an opportunity to add more to the mod.

Just as a note - The recent update to the EWR mod has made them invisible.

Is there a way to make them use the Black Ops III Reaper voice pack ? I've tried myself by editing the XcomContent ini file but it doesn't seem to do anything.

I'm also having the same invisible Synthoid bug crashing my game when the animation procks for spotting my squad. Going to try and reinstall the mod and see if it helps.

every time i see one in a mission it is invisable and when it gets its turn my game crashes. i was able to avoid the crash for a little bit by killing them with grinades before agrow but the moment one moves out of the shadow and does the prock that it has seen my squad the game freezes and crashes

The autopsy bonus is working great, even on top of my own tweaks to vest and plating stats.

The +2 shield point passive was the main incentive for me to add this to my game because I mod armor to only add shielding, not increase the main health pool. Can anyone confirm if this adds its bonus points on top of other shielding points? I only ask because it'll be a while before I can test it for myself and I worry that my own changes (done with Armor & Vest Config) could prevent the autopsy bonus from taking effect.

@Selevan The reason people are focusing more on WOTC is that it's better overall than vanilla in terms of performance and stability. LW2 still uses the base version of the game, and it's just damn awful.

if i kill one of this with melee some time explodes even if i have the melee/psionic don't explode units mod. Also. With rain of swords they always explode T_T

I hadn't seen any required mods, so I just searched for EWR and installed the EWR-115 "Reaper" mod. Hopefully that will fix it.

All my Synthoids are invisible. Not sure if this is part of the crashes I keep experiencing or not... but I've killed about a dozen of these things so far and have yet to actually "see" one.

The drone voice lines could in theory be used for the Advent drone that comes with the Salarian enemy mod (Unless it specifies them to be Alien drones or something)

I don't know if I've just had bad luck or if this is a mild compatibility issue, but I'm running this mod together with A Better Advent and A Better Campaign Plus, and I've seen exactly one Synthoid all campaign. Rapidly approaching the final mission.

I agree with Jockey right now as great as these guys are they don't really look like part of the Alien's forces.

My own opinion of course but if someone was able to make them look a different that would help.

Just a minor comment but I feel that maybe the textures for the Synthoid should be different from the EWR. Mostly because with the EWR squadmate it feels like XCom's rooting and fixing up some old equipment, while ADVENT tech should feel... pristine? Smooth and clean like the MECs and Trooper armors.

Did you install the required mod? This mod doesn't provide its own assets needed for enemies to spawn.

You know, could have a similar bit with these guys and XCOM's EWRs that you have with the SPARKs and Salvaging ADVENT MECs with Metal over Flesh.

after all, Lily would be one to salvage whatever she could to save supplies whenever possible.

If I just want the EWRs as enemies and don't plan on making my own do I need the required items also?
